Ok so here's the deal, comedians

We ain't pimps.

If you haven’t figured this out by now, we are not a comedy club in the traditional sense. We are just three modest comics from Vermont, where there is no actual comedy club.

But we did notice a growing, if fragmented, standup scene here. So we decided to start a comprehensive site with a calendar of events so people could find out what’s going on. Plus we decided to start producing and booking our own stuff, and using the site to shamelessly promote ourselves.

And it’s been going great – more events (our own and others’) are being produced in Vermont these days.

If you’re a Vermont-based comic, you know this already, but if you’re from outta town, here’s the deal: currently, standup opportunities in Vermont are not plentiful. Nor lucrative. They probably won’t even cover your gas from New York.

We’re working to change that, but we just thought you should know.

These are probably not the bookers you're looking for.

So comics: if you would like to send us your stuff, we’d love to see it. Maybe, if you’re planning a trip to Vermont to visit your grandmother, and it happens to coincide with a show we know about, and the lineup isn’t already full, and you don’t mind getting paid peanuts, we might be able to help you get onstage.

But please, dude: don’t spam us with the press kit you send to influential bookers at brick-and-mortar comedy clubs across the country, asking us for a paid showcase slot in a regional club. We will chuckle at you heartily, because we have no such power.
